If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I negotiated a truck deal and paid a deposit to hold the truck. By doing that, it holds the truck and it can't be sold to anyone else. Well they sold the truck and waited days to get my deposit back. Then they wouldn't answer my phone calls. My husband's car has been in the shop for 2 weeks. It is near impossible to reach anyone in the service department. When you DO get ahold of them, they do not have relevant information (i.e. status of parts/ETA for car/etc.) and they say they will call you back. They don't. Great service on my oil change. While it was up in the hoist during the oil change one of the workers wrote wash me in the dirt on my car under the driver's door! I thought this was rude and immature. Not to mention the rubbing of the dirt could scratch the paint. I live on a dirt road and can't help it if my car was dirty when I took it in

Very pleased with A) the vehicle itself- low mileage, well documented maintenance; B) Negotiation process was honest and straightforward, they did exactly what they said they would/could do, and C) very impressed with the family atmosphere. I had taken my F250 Super Duty into Oracle Ford 5 times to get my backup camera repaired/fixed or exchanged. Ford Motor Company kept sending them a bad product. Everyone at Oracle Ford worked and worked on my F250 and the last time in Ford Motor Company finally sent them a camera that worked. Kudos to Sabrina and the entire service department for all the hard work on my F250 to get the camera fixed. BTW I drive 6 hours round trip to have Oracle Ford work on my truck!

Just had my car in for routine oil change, etc. The cover under the engine compartment wasn’t put back on properly. One front screws literally fell out on my way back home. The second fell out when I checked to see when I got home, leaving the cover laying on my driveway. The two back screws were so loose that they were removed by the AA truck driver with his bare hand. The purchase of this vehicle from Oracle Ford was exceptional, now it was time to try the service department. We reached 5000 miles and it was time for the first oil change etc. This was during the Coronavirus scare. The dealer ship started by sanitizing the car before servicing and then afterwards. All work was done in a clean and professional manner. I waited for the car and the job was completed on time. Will have all future work done at Oracle Ford.

I went to Oracle Ford do to good ratings. March 2020 My car is one of the ones that have the transmission issues 2015 Ford Focus. I was informed by the lawyers at capstone law firm there is no deductible to have the transmission fixed. But I was charged 100.00 deductible at Oracle Ford any way. They called me back the same day I dropped off the car to be fixed. That it ready A few hours after getting back the car. This dealership is extremely low volume. That translates to a need to squeeze every dollar from every deal. You hear a lot about dealing with honest “country” people but that’s a lot of bs. They must make a maximum profit on EVERY transaction—sales, service, etc. Don’t expect for them to work with you and don’t look to get your money back, regardless of the situation. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I attempted to schedule service for a Ford purchased from this dealer. Due to caring for my wife who has dementia the only day I am available is Friday (any Friday). The service manager told me that due to a heavy workload they would keep the vehicle over the weekend. My response was that I could not do without transportation given my wife's condition. The service manager told me that I could rent a car for $30. per day. I subsequently called the dealership manager and left a message but did not get a return call.

Bought a 4-wheel-drive Ford with 60k miles which started stalling in idle, six months after my purchase. My Ford Thunderbird overheated one evening, the next day I added a gallon of water to the reservoir and drove 24 miles to the dealership. When I arrived the cooling system boiled over again, I left the car at the dealership. The problem was identified as a bad upper radiator hose (seam leak), they recommended replacing the hose, thermostat, and thermostat housing ($600) which also included flushing the power steering system (condensation), oil/filter service. One Friday night prepared to buy a new used truck from Oracle Ford. We brought in a trade, they said was not worth anything. The owner thought it had a "Engine Problem". It had developed a tick. Dealership rotated my tires during a routine oil change. After the tire rotation the vehicle had a little vibration at highway speed. Understandable since the tires where in different locations with different weight on the tires. In a later visit to the Oracle Ford I told them about the vibration. The dealership (supposedly) balanced my tires and charged me for the balancing. I discovered all they did is put the tires back in their original location. The sales experience was fine. I am disappointed at the final product. This purchase has made me realize that you cannot trust anything said that is not in writing. The pickup is a nice vehicle but the tires are of inferior quality. I thought Ford did better that that. The tires that should have come on such an expensive truck were supposed to be the Pirelli Scorpion tires. Instead I have Bridgestone tires that I truly despise.
